Access Hatch Rooflight

If you are purchasing with an upstand, the size selected from our menu should match your structural opening. For example, purchasing a 900mm x 900mm requires a structural opening of 900mm x 900mm. The rooflight size should be cut to match the size of the structural opening hole providing you are purchasing with either a 150mm or 300mm upstand.

Conversely, if you are purchasing without an upstand, a 900mm x 900mm would require an upstand with an external size of 900mm x 900mm, a width of 75mm and a height of 150mm.

Glazing Details

The Centre Pane U-Value provides the degree of thermal efficiency relating to the glazing type.

The U-Value should be at least 2.2w/m2K to meet Part L Building Regulations. The manufacturer recommends that every application uses a minimum of triple skin rooflights.

Other sizes are available on request. Individual lead production times for sizes other than above will vary depending on capacity, but will typically be 3-7 working days.

On delivery, please make sure there is a suitable person onsite who is able to offload the product from the vehicle. The driver is unable to assist with lifting or moving the item, and will be unable to remove the product from the transport due to insurance purposes. It is advised to organise installation, including any necessary equipment, after successful delivery.
